TL;DR: Disable confirmation dialogs on Menu UI, currently when on quit the game, return to title, load, save or delete save file if saveloadplus is loaded and enabled otherwise player can use the vanilla save/load menu just fine.

Lite version is just quit the save menu right after player saved the game, this one also has that feature. (If installed this one, you don't need the lite version)

Annoying confirmation? Now you can be more careless person.

This mod is equivalent to "rm -rf" on unix-based system.

There will be no "Do you want to quit?", "Load this file?" or even the most dangerous dialog "Delete this file?" ever again.

IMMEDIATELY QUIT. IMMEDIATELY SAVE. IMMEDIATELY DELETE IT.

You will miss these confirmation dialogs, do you?
