Snaley Everywhere (2.0)

Theres a lotta stuff in this, such as:

• Snaley Everywhere is exclusive to post Humphrey

• The BLACK SPACE varients are very nerfed due to the fact you can encounter all of them as solo Omori

• Related to the last thing, there is now a way to heal in the main BLACK SPACE hub.

• SNALEY WITH A GUN now deals way way WAY less damage so you can actually survive it

• NUKER SNALEY has a few changes, such as sad nuke being based on defense instead of attack, and happy nuke being more powerful.

• STALL SNALEY is more powerful all around.

• Other assorted things I forgot about

Eventually I'll add scaling but like that'll suck and I wanna make another mod
