Fixed Special solo being usable one ever (Variables are fun)

Possible fix for Solo battle save loading giving rewards anyway. (No clue why this happens.)

Fix for Buff/Debuff skills just not working (Yanfly skill language stuff, in some ways an oversight but now they should work. Thanks a million Geo!)

Added the option to refight certain boss after beating their Solo versions (you can choose to refight either with the full party or just redo the solo fight).
