Skill base CRIT rate are now fixed. Mostly affects GRACE NOTE and CRUEL BUSTER.
Skill now specific crit rate in descrpition if it's altered significantly enough (>15%)
AILMENT rate now only 1% per luck (CRIT rate was already that, just mentioned wrong)
Most enemies have far less AILMENT resistence and slightly less LUCK
Some equipments have more LUCK stat
LUCK stat increase cake is now +1 rather than +3 LUCK
Higher level EMOTIONS now increase AILMENT rate and mentioned in info book properly (used to be only HAPPY): Tier 2 +25% (35% for happy); Tier 3 +50% (70% happy)

Most JUICE items heals for less (around 20-50% less)
Most SKILLS are cheaper (around 10-30% less, mostly early game skills)
Most JUICE items are slightly cheaper

WENDYHEART's summons now follow have predictable AI
WENDYHEART fight preset skill change, new skill SUGAR HIGH on DOUGHIE
SONATA skill now have proper animation
SONATA now increase with emotion type count rather than "difference" (Essentially, NEUTRAL now doesn't count)
NUTCRACKER now does not guarantee CRITICAL on MANIC (Does not affect donut fight)
IMPATIENCE now stacks with CHAINSAW weapon, but deals lighter damage
EXP required / Leveling curve is steeper for later levels (Affects more for future chapters)
Other
RARE SCRAP Badge for doing MAESTRO's quest. (Will be gained automatically upon loading the save that already has it done)
EMOTIONAL ART is now gained from a melon on the commission table rather than drop to be clearer its gained. (Will already be smashed if already the save have one)
Path to CATTAIL FIELDS in CAMPSITE AREA now is locked after SAD SONG tag rather than NPCs moving place silently after PLANET X is beaten to introduce SUNNY's tag more intuitively.
