Fixed condition branch variable not working.
Audited all files to make sure changes were necessary, removed some files where their changes were added elsewhere, added comments to undocumented changes.
Updated Installer to bypass execution policy, detect if the user has replaced the global fonts, and added version checking for all future releases.

• You now need to run Run Installer.bat instead of OneMaker MV Installer.ps1
