- Updates the tutorial enemies' stats.
- Fixed most of the bugs that resetting almost every stored value this game has caused.
- Made most of the rest of those bugs that wouldn't be fixed look intentional.
- Added an upgrade to Observe, acquired in the same way you get Observe.
- Buffed Release Energy while in NG+.
- Fixed things that I didn't realize were broken until right before I went to release this.
