New Battle Transitions v2.0 (2.0.0)

Overhauled code. Should be more flexible to use for other projects now.

Following the above, the instructions have also been rewritten.

Also made compatible with widescreen, although, only the default transition is made to work with it if you're playing normally. This change was mostly made for those interested in using the plugin for their projects with the widescreen plugin.
