Mod Configs REDUX (3.1.0)

added collapsible mod blocks - toggle a mods header to fold its settings away, animated like a nice little accordion implemented so big mod lists dont eat your screen, and it can remember what you left open/closed mods can now split their settings into labeled groups mods can now mark a setting as per-save (not tested a ton, the spicy stuff) implemented rows that grey out and wake up based on other settings (no more set this and that) added optional demo of every feature the framework includes added some other things for the modders who like their settings menu organized to an uncomfortable degree and a pile of polish n fixes this is fully drop-in - existing mods and their configs do not need changes next update will focus more on visuals
