Bug Fix [Breaking] (1.1.0)

• Config headers are now unique; if you attempt to add a config with the same header as an existing config, it will fail and print a message to the OneLoader log.

All mods I can find that depend on this one either have unique config headers or have the exact same options as the configs they share a header with, so this should not cause any new bugs.
