Lucille Everywhere (1.3.0)

Added the "K" key, allowing you to kill lucille whenever you wish. This is an anti-softlock measure. Makoto will now only spawn with a 1/7 chance due to lucille being removable with the K key Fixes an issue where the console would allow you to preload lucille dialogues. Fixes an incompatibility with Autumn Break.
