Adds a joke referencing an unfinished omori mod (not mine) called "BLUE HOURS" (by Pure/_Lotus_01).

The update replaces all of the "MISERABLE" text in the game by "0000ff 3600s" (it means "blue" and "hour"), this includes the miserable status effect text and UGLY miserable sprites for OMORI and UNBREAD TWINS.
