OMORI: FALLEN HERO with Window scaling fix (1.0.4)

Integrated code from the "Window scaling fix" mod into FH. ALL CREDIT goes to FoG for the original code. The mod is still incompatible with the actual "Window scaling fix" mod and I recommend to keep it disabled when playing FH. However, all functionality from it is now embedded into this variant of FH, so you won't even need to enable it anyways.
