More commands and bug fixes (0.5.0)

Hey, It's been a while! Some of these commands were actually added over a year ago, for some reason I haven't included them until now

• Add /eventinfo command
• Add /noclip command
• Add /speed command
• Add /map command and deprecate /maptp command
• Fix $gamePlayer.processRouteEnd crash (reported by Pyro)
• Fix $gameSystem.onAfterLoad crash
• And other minor fixes
