Ever thought that Kel was too orange? Wished that there was more color balance in his design? Saw that one tag photo and some of the old concept art that had him wearing black shorts and longed for that to become reality? This is the mod for you.
Replaces Kel's orange shorts with black ones. That's literally it.
Uses Sprite Fixes as a base.
