Balance Changes update
- CHLOE's BABBLE skill now deals damage to all foes.
- CHLOE's DISMISS skill now deals damage based on speed to all foes.
- CHLOE's BEAT UP skill now delas 100 damage to all foes.
- NEXUS and NITRO's EMOTION skills now damage and their STAT-lowering skills now deal more damage aswell.
- MAVERIT now has guaranteed use of certain skills after entering a new phase.
- TASTY TREAT now has a different effect.
- COOL MIXTAPE now increases DEFENSE by 10%
- EMERALD NECKLACE now increases DEFENSE by 20%
- nerfed fish cop slur skill
